The Foam Company supplies and delivers polystyrene cake dummies, used primarily to replacing tiers of a cake, reducing the cost, cake waste and to reduce the weight of a cake (especially wedding cakes). These foam dummies are perfect for use in weddings or birthdays. The shapes normally used are round, square and hexagon, but we can custom cut any profile required (i.e. flowers). Dummy foam cakes are also great for practising your icing skills, simply paint your foam in a thin layer of Piping Gel to help fondant attach.
